How this site handles what you share with it

Who we are

theranjeetsingh.com is the professional website of Ranjeet Singh (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data this site handles, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules in mind.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, organisation, role, email, the reason you are writing, and anything you type in the message.
• Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time on page, collected through cookies and similar technology (see below).

We do not ask for, collect or store payment, bank, investment or other financial data on this site.

Webinar registration happens on TagMango

The free webinar is booked on TagMango, not on this site. When you register, TagMango collects your details and sends the joining link and reminders, under TagMango’s own privacy policy, available on its registration page. We receive your registration details from TagMango so we can run the webinar and, where included, your Wealth Position Check.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
• To run the webinars and sessions you sign up for.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To show relevant ads to past visitors on other platforms, only if you accept cookies.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who helps us run this site

We use a small number of service providers, each handling data only to provide their service to us:

• Netlify: hosts this site and receives contact form submissions.
• GoDaddy / Titan Mail: our mailbox at info@theranjeetsingh.com, where enquiries arrive and replies are sent from.
• EmailJS: sends other automated emails from this site.
• TagMango: webinar registration, confirmations and reminders.
• Google Analytics: visitor statistics, only after you accept cookies.
• LinkedIn and Meta: ad measurement and retargeting, only after you accept cookies.
• YouTube: videos on the Watch and Read page. The player loads, in privacy-enhanced mode, only when you press play.

Some of these providers may store data outside India. We use reputable providers and only for the purposes above.

Cookies and your choice

Cookies strictly needed for the site to work are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, nothing changes in how you can use the site or the contact form. To change your mind later, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are discussing or delivering an engagement, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, and withdraw any consent you have given;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Write to info@theranjeetsingh.com. We will confirm we have your request and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is meant for working adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Links to other websites

This site links to the Boundless ecosystem sites (boundlessyou.in, money.boundlessyou.in, book.boundlessyou.in, business.boundlessyou.in), to 9Wealth (9wealth.in), and to platforms such as TagMango, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Amazon. Each is run separately under its own privacy policy, which this policy does not cover.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive financial or personal documents through the contact form or email.

We may update this policy when the site, its tools or the law change. The date below shows the latest version.
